Lori Jean Diemart Harper, 50, Henderson, passed away at 2:53 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at Methodist Hospital surrounded by loved ones.

She was born in Hammond, Ind., on July 24, 1962, to John R. Diemart and Beverly J. Mose. She was a devoted and loving wife, mom, mamaw, sister, aunt and friend. She loved to be surrounded by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband and soul mate, Jerry Harper.

Survivors include one daughter, Nicole Butler and her husband, Brad, of Spottsville; one son, Justin Oates of Dixon; one daughter by love, Alicia Nelson of Henderson; her mother, Beverly Donahoo of Henderson; her father and stepmother, John and Phyllis Diemart of Michigan; her mother-in-law, Helen Harper of Henderson; three sisters, Cheri Carden and her husband, Frank, of Dixon, Doreen Farckus and her husband, Rick, of Wanatah, Ind., and Kristy Sickles and her husband, Matt, of Ohio; three sisters-in-law, Brenda Stone, Alena Harper and Patty Wolfe; two grandchildren, Noah and Payton Butler; an honorary grandson, Walker Nelson; nieces and nephews.

Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Brother Dan Book will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Hebbardsville.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brad Butler, Noah Butler, Frank Carden, Tony Willett, Mark Mandel, Eddie Maddox, Doug Lane, Ronnie Wolfe and Aaron Braun.
