--Mrs. Charles (Linnia) Burkhart, 94, 325 1/2 North Calhoun, died at 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Mercy hospital in Iowa City.
--Rites are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at Snider funeral home with interment at Oakridge.
--Born June 29, 1868, she was the daughter of Jerry and Elizabeth Lee Kile. She married Charles Burkart June 3, 1906. Her husband died in 1955.
--The only immediate survivor is Lewis Kile, Muscatine, a brother. There are also several nieces and nephews. She was of Methodist faith.
