Jimmie Dean Aldridge, 65, of Willow Springs, died Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Mercy Hospital. He was born April 30, 1947, in Tyrone, son of Delmar and Goldie Hall Aldridge.

He and Carlene Crewse were married July 6, 1967, in Graff, MO . He was a devout Christian.

He was employed at Bailey Chevrolet and UPS together for many years, as well as his own garage at his home. He enjoyed stock car racing, car shows and helping his sons fix up old cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Carlene, of the home; four children, Tim Aldridge, Mark Aldridge and Mike Aldridge of Republic and Rodney Aldridge of Willow Springs; five grandchildren; and numerous friends and relatives.

Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, April 25, at Elliott-Gentry- Carder Funeral Home with Charles Horton officiating. Burial will be in Tyrone Free Will Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Tyrone Free Will Baptist Cemetery.
