Niagara Falls Gazette, Saturday, January 19, 1924: Mrs. Lillie Maass: Lockport, Jan 19 - The funeral of Mrs. Lillie Maass, 44 years old, wife of Samuel Maass, Jr., who died Thursday at her home in South Royalton, will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the South Royalton M.E. church. Burial will be in Dysinger cemetery. Besides her husband, Mrs. Maass leaves seven children, Mrs. Harold Newman of Lockport, Mrs. Myron, Bates, Lyman, Helen, Sadie, Isabelle and Gladys at home; also two sisters and one brother.
