Surviving him are children, Dawne (Herbert) Hicks of College Station, TX, Nadeleen Hill of Haslett, Dianna (Butch) Frank of Williamston, Russell B. (Angel) Westbrook of Perry, Ira (Joni) Westbrook of Owosso, Timothy Westbrook and Doran (Debby) Westbrook of Carson City, 22 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, brother, James Westbrook, two sisters, Gladys (Don Robbins) Moore, Violet Flynn, 2 sisters in law, Garnet (Martin) Levandoski and Linda Hoover, and brother in law, Norris (Neva) Hoover.
A Memorial Service was held on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the United Church of Ovid, with Pastor Greg Buchner officiating. Military Services provided by VFW Post #5065.
