Lela P. Davidson, age 97, of Dagsboro, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at her daughter's home in Salisbury, MD. She was born in Willards, MD daughter of the late, Sheddie and Willie Mitchell. She devoted her life to Christ, raising her children and working beside her husband on their farm in Dagsboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Davidson; a daughter, Lana Williams; two great grandchildren, Joseph Calhoun, III and Colin Benson. She is survived by four children, Glenda Murray of Dagsboro, Mildred Carey of Salisbury, MD, Eddie Davidson of Dagsboro and Nadine Bradford of Powellville, MD; ten grandchildren, Mona Murray, Keith Murray, Kenneth Carey, Cassie Collins, Kelly Carey, Duain Benson, Ricky Williams, Amy Elliott, Art Davidson, Laura Bradford; twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
