Jessie James Stallings, 76, Route 3, Box 515, North Augusta, died Sunday in Aiken County Hospital.

The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. today at Pine Grove Baptist Church with the Rev Paul Coyle officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Stallings was a native of Aiken County. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Gertrude Ford Stallings, one daughter, Lucille Gregory, North Augusta, one son, Everette Martin Stallings, Graniteville, S.C., one sister, Josephine Gray, New Ellenton, and two brothers, Elmo (Marion Elmore) Stallings, Leesburg, FL and Buckingham Stallings, Jackson, SC.

Pallbearers will be Joe Stallings, John Key, Marion Key, David Ready, James Ford, William Stallings, and Fred Key.

Friends may call at the residence or Posey's Funeral Home, Langley, S.C.
