Mrs. Anna Kneedy
Mrs. Anna Margaret Kneedy, 82, Kingston, died Thursday at St. Francis hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Benton township, on September 15, 1878, the daughter of Henry and Margaret Dravis and was married to Andrew C. Kneedy on Feb. 2, 1900, in Des Moines County. She was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving are a son, Ernest, of Burlington; three daughters, Mrs. Ella Miller and Mrs. Jessie Wirt, both of Kingston, and Mrs. Dorothy Brockway of Mediapolis; 20 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. James Hinson of Kingston and Mrs. Lena Drebenstedt of Philadelphia, Mo.
Her husband, three brothers and two sisters are dead.
Services will be in Prugh's chapel Saturday at 3 p.m., Dr. George C. Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
