I found findagrave.com while doing geneology research. It's one of the biggest assets in my research. I wanted to be able to give back and decided to become a findagrave member. I also can take pictures locally if needed. If anyone needs help finding and linking their family members, I can help.

I believe that memorials should belong to family members whenever possible, as family have a personal interest in honoring their relatives and are better able to complete, maintain and improve memorials with additional details and research. I don't have a problem transferring a memorial no matter how distant you are as long as I'm not related.
