Funeral services for Charles Bolton, 76, who died Wednesday at the Red Oak hospital, were held Friday at the Methodist church.
Mr. Bolton who suffered a stroke on Monday resulting, was a lifelong resident of the Macedonia community and was actively engaged in farming.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Anna Garrett of Basin, Wyo., and Mrs. Sarah Johnson of Pomona, Calif.; three brothers, Wise Bolton of Benedict, Neb., Lloyd Bolton of Inglewood, Col., and J.E. Bolton of Clarinda.
Services were conducted by the Rev. Henry Teele, and interment was in the Macedonia cemetery.
