The many Iola friends of the family regret to learn of the death, at her home west of the river, on Wednesday evening last, of Mrs. Mary E., wife of Mr. J.L. Woodin. The deceased was a victim of consumption and while it was known that she could not recover, yet her death was not so soon expected. Mrs. Woodin was a sister of Gaylord and David Robinson, of this city, and leaves her husband and a family of six children to mourn her loss. The funeral services will be held at the residence at 2 o'clock this afternoon, Rev. Moore officiating.
