Waynesville- William Richard Arnold, Jr., 46 of Waynesville, passed away Sunday night (April 14, 2013) at South Georgia Health System in Brunswick, following a brief illness.

Born in Kinston, N.C., his parents are the late William Richard Arnold, Sr., and Linda Kaye Harris Arnold, of Waynesville. William worked as a painter, he was of the Baptist Faith, and had various different hobbies.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa Smith Arnold, of Waynesville; 4 children, William Richard Arnold, lll, of Waynesville, Christopher Lawrence, of Brunswick, William Jeffrey Ayala, of Waynesville, and Kimberley Smith; 2 grandchildren, Raegan Lawrence and Richelle Copeland; his mother, Linda Kaye Harris Arnold, of Waynesville; a sister and brother-in-law, Miranda Smith (Tony), of Jesup. Also several other relatives and friends.

A memorial Service will be held Saturday (April 20, 2013) at 11 AM at Crossroads Church of God in Jesup.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
