Oceola Blizzard FRANKLIN, W. Va. -- Oceola Blizzard, 83, of Riverton, died Saturday at Rockingham Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient for two weeks.
Born June 16. 1877, he was a son of June and Jane (Bennett) Blizzard.
His wife, Mary Zella (Harper) Blizzard, died in 1957.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Foster'Smith, Riverton, and Mrs. Zadie E. Murphy, of here; three sons, John M, Blizzard, Riverton; Gifford Blizzard, Petersburg, and William C. Blizzard, Augusta; a half-brother, J. L. Bennett, 1J grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Services and burial were held yesterday at Riverton.
