Sgt.U.S.M.C.6/23/1900-8/12/05 Honorable Samuel Donaldson, a member of the Fire Engine Company No.33 of this city, died at 2:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon, the West Penn hospital. Mr. Donaldson, who is 29 years of age,resided at No. 143 Forty-second street, Lawrenceville. He served with the eighteen regiment for a short time during the year 1898, but later joined the United States Marines, being promoted to a sergeancy and seeing service in Philippines and China. He is survived by three brothers, Uriah, James and Milton, all of this city, and by one sister, Mrs. Anne Dowd, of Duquesne.
