The death date I have matches the work of "Burials in the Kittaning Cemetery, Kittanning, Pennsylvania, 1811-1995", compiled by Allen R. & Marla K. Mechling. They also include the internment date of 30 March 1928, the parents names and the plot #, which is the same as a second infant of the family.

This baby would have been my mother's first cousin and my first cousin once removed.
