When researching their daughter Arena, found that her middle name was "Arnot" & thinking this might be Evey's surname looked for info using it. Found Edna "Evey" Arnot/Arnott b. 1797 in NC, d. aft. 19 Jun 1860 in IL which was the last Census in which she was counted. At that time, she was living with her daughter, Nancy, & her family. Nancy had married Benjamin Wilson & they were living in Sangamon Co., IL at the time but moved to Morgan Co., IL shortly after the 1860 Census. Edna "Evey" Arnot Beasley's death & burial unknown.
