MARION, Va. Nancy C. Bogle, age 82, died Monday, April 8, 2013, at Wellmont Hospice House, Bristol, Tenn. She was born April 19, 1930, in Marion, Va., to the late Wiley and Mary Fisher Bogle. Nancy was a longtime member of the Royal Oak Presbyterian Church and a graduate of both Marion High School and Marion College. She was a wonderful fulltime caregiver and companion to several local residents. Nancy also graciously volunteered to help those in need with such things as errands and transportation which greatly improved their quality of life. She is survived by her cousin, Kathryn Weindel; many dear friends including, Tommye Kelly, and her daughters, Cary and Joanna Kelly, Patsy Aker, Ann Williams and Glen Foster. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 15, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Alan Gray officiating. A reception will follow at Royal Oak Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 4 until 6 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Flowers will be appreciated, or memorial donations may be made to Project Crossroads, 136 Snider Branch Road, Marion VA 24354.
