Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Mr. Earp was born in Park Springs, Wise County, and lived in Haltom City for 44 years.
He worked at Thomas S. Byrne Contruction for 35 years before his retirement.
Mr. Earp was an Army veteran of World War II and served in the 36th Infantry Division. He was a charter member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9190 and was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
Survivors: Wife, Laverne Earp of Haltom City; two sons, Dr. Gary W. Earp and Larry G. Earp, both of Fort Worth; daughter, Beverly Stapleton of Fort Worth; three brothers, Claude Earp and Carol Earp, both of Fort Worth, and Paul Earp of Lancaster; two sisters, Lena McWilliams of Bowie and Laverne Studebaker of Bellevue; and six grandchildren.
