Palm Beach Post (West Palm Beach, Florida) 26 April 1945 Thursday

Warden, James, Mr. Warden, father of C. E. Warden, 944 McIntosh Street., died Wednesday morning at his home in Norfolk, Va., following a months' illness. He had spent several winters in Boca Raton.
Two other sons, Watters and Paul McKinley Warden, both of Norfolk, survive.
Mr. Warden left Tuesday for Norfolk where the funeral services will be held Friday.

Warden, 1337 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk, Va., Wednesday morning, April 25, 1945 at 7:30 o'clock, JAMES LEVAN WARDEN, son of the late Nathaniel Spence West and Elizabeth Watters Warden and husband of the late Fannie Bell Foreman Warden, aged 81 years. Body was removed to the Williams Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock. Burial, Elmwood Cemetery.
