Warden, James, Mr. Warden, father of C. E. Warden, 944 McIntosh Street., died Wednesday morning at his home in Norfolk, Va., following a months' illness. He had spent several winters in Boca Raton.
Two other sons, Watters and Paul McKinley Warden, both of Norfolk, survive.
Mr. Warden left Tuesday for Norfolk where the funeral services will be held Friday.

Body was removed to the Williams Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock. Burial, Elmwood Cemetery.
