Juanita Lewis Bradley

Juanita Lewis Bradley, 79, died Sunday, October 17, 1999, in a local hospital.

Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 Hwy 277 South, with the Rev. Terry Davis officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Bradley was born in 1920 in Jones County and was a 1939 graduate of Jones High School. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Perry Spurgeon Lewis, whom she married in Abilene in 1939, and Dr. Ben Hughes Bradley, whom she married in Abilene in 1991. She was a homemaker and a member of Hamby Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, David Lewis of Dallas, Danny Lewis of Abilene and Don Lewis of Tatum; a stepson, Eddie Bradley of Amarillo; a stepdaughter, Sandra Wilson of Warrenton, Va.; a brother, Austin Watts of Abilene; two sisters, Elsie Novak of Saginaw, Mich., and Ola Cook Pruitt of Hawley; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to the Hamby Baptist Church, 156 C.R. 503, Abilene 79601.

Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
