ATWOOD -- Evelyn M. Vap, 80, died Monday, April 11, 2011. She was a seamstress and homemaker. She is preceded is death by her husband, Leonard, in 1999.
She is survived by two sons, James L. (Sharon) Vap and Dale (Shirley) Vap, all of Colby; one daughter, Kathleen Vap, of Atwood; one sister, Zelma Shipley, of Baytown, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and a vigil and rosary recited at 7 this evening at Williams Funeral Home, Atwood. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 16, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Atwood, with burial to follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
