Theresa Geraldine Head, 51, of Rt. 6, Alvey Bridge Road, Owensboro, died Friday, September 28, 1984, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. She was born in Daviess County, and was a school bus driver for eight years and an employee of Kroger's for 19 years. She was a member of the Christian Mothers and Altar Society of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Robert Louis Head of Owensboro; two sons, Bruce David Head of Beech Grove and Brian Fitzgerald Head of West Louisville; four daughters, Mrs. David (Debbie) Coomes and Mrs. Michael (Jackie) Freels, both of Owensboro, Mrs. Joe (Terry) Murphy of Newman, Mrs. Ray (Bonnie) Wright of Philpot; her mother, Mary Lillian Dockemeyer of Owensboro; two brothers, Charles A. Dockemeyer of Lansing, IL, and Joseph (Bob) Dockemeyer of Kokomo, IN; seven sisters, Janisse Warren, Maye Hayden, Rose Mary Thompson, all of St. Joseph, Margaret Kelley of Masonville, Bernardine Edwars and Sue Dant, both of Elba, KY; and 15 grandchildren. Services are at 7 p.m. Sunday at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Graveside services at St. Raphael Cemetery at 9 a.m. Monday. Visitation at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today and at the church from 1-7 p.m. Sunday. Prayers will be said at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
