Sally C. Pavese, 83, Anderson, died Dec. 15, 2001, at Community Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born June 9, 1918, in Oilton, Okla., and lived in East Brady, Pa., for many years. She resided in Anderson most of her adult life. She was employed by General Motors and retired from Delco Remy after 30 years of employment. She was a member of the Lady Elks Club Lodge 209 of Anderson and a former member of the Sigma Alpha Chi sorority.
Survivors include her children Tonya (husband Rick) Baker and G. Michael (wife Kathy) Fox, all of Anderson; two granddaughters, Wendy and Melissa Baker of Anderson; a sister Ruth Ann Woolbert; and several nieces and nephews.
She leaves behind a special companion Harry Bright and lifelong friends Olive Weston and Georgenia Dudley.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Rozelle Johnson funeral service with the Rev. Michael Weber officiating. Burial will be in East Maplewood cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Highland High School Social Studies Ttechnology Fund.
