Red Foley, 79, of Angleton passed away Friday, April 5, 2013 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5-7 at Palms.
Burial will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in the Houston National Cemetery.
Red was born July 6, 1933 in Mexia, Texas to Warren A & Minnie Foley. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Angleton Lodge # 829 AF & AM. He had lived in Angleton since 1958. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister; Elnora Brown.
Red is survived by his wife of 55 years; Barbara Foley
Daughter; Stephanie Wagoner & husband Marty of Pearland
Brothers; Eddie Foley & wife Georgia of Angleton, W.A. Foley & wife Gwen of Angleton, Milton Foley & wife Kathy of Lake Jackson & Jerry Foley & wife Donna of Angleton
2-Grandchildren; Alexis & Zachary Wagoner.
Honorary pallbearers will be Marty Wagoner, John Easley, Clint Hutchins, Grandchildren, Nephews & fellow coffee drinkers at Hometown Café.
In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
