Officiating will be Bubba Lee, Steve Young, and her son Jim Davis. Burial will follow in Bistineau Cemetery, Heflin, LA. Visitation will be Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Rockett Funeral Home, Ringgold, LA.
Jo Anne was born March 21, 1931 in Shreveport, LA. and passed away February 23, 2021. She was a member of Ringgold First Baptist Church. She was the owner and operator of Jo Anne's Flower Shop in Ringgold, LA. for any years and later owned and operated Merle Norman Cosmetics in Ringgold, LA. Jo Anne loved flowers, gardening, arts and crafts, pets, working crossword puzzles, and she loved to talk. She especially loved her family and the time she spent with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Katherine Stevenson Gardner; husband, James C. Davis and son Scott Gardner Davis, Sr.
Left to cherish her memory include her children, Debbie Davis of Ringgold, LA., Toby McEachern of Heflin, LA. and Jim Davis and wife, Cindy of Natchitoches, LA.; daughter-in-law, Dianne Davis of Ringgold, LA.; sister, Martha "Tinker" Gahagan of Monroe, LA.; brother, Billie Gardner of Bossier City, LA.; grandchildren, Britain Myers and husband Jamey of Ringgold, LA..
