Daughter of Marcus and Martha (Adams) McNees
Kate remembers her mother opening her house to a homeless native named Sam Mohawk. Ignorant to the fact Sam just killed the Wigton Family in butler, gave him a warm meal and Sam set out on his way. Turns out Sam Mohawk was later captured and tried, having his last free meal with the McNees family. Sam later told Martha McNees that he couldn't kill the last Wigton baby because the baby looked up at him smiling and giggling.
