Annamarie Kawalsky, 69, passed away Friday at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, surrounded by her family.
Born in Schuylkill Haven, Nov. 12, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Alaxender and Anna Shappell.
Annamarie was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and went on to become a licensed practical nurse. Annamarie retired from Berks Heim in 2005.
She loved crocheting, reading and gardening.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Williams; and a son, Michael Peter Kawalsky.
She is survived by her children, Debra Ann Kawalsky, and fiance, Frank S. Jackowiak, Gilberton, Joseph Thomas Kawalsky, Allentown, and Marc James Schneider, and wife, Tricia, Schuylkill Haven; and five grandchildren, Chris, Jenny, Ruslan, Darius and Aeryn.
