Bobbie Peters, 82, of Big Spring, died on Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at her daughter's home in Lubbock.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2002, at the St. Mary's Episcopal Church with Rev. James Liggett, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

She was born on October 5, 1919 in Wood County, Texas and married Otto J. Peters on August 7, 1938 in Abilene, Texas. He preceded her in death on January 29, 1979.

Mrs. Peters was a bookkeeper for Don Newsom for 47 years and had also been a bookkeeper for a number of small businesses.

She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church and served as treasurer for 30 years.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Jeff Schubert of Lubbock; two grandchildren, Susan Cevallos of Big Spring and Terry Don Harris of Pampa; three great grandchildren, April Cevallos of Big Spring, Ashley Harris of Midland and Kristin Harris of Lubbock; her sister, Jo Reynolds of Big Spring and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael D. Peters on February 8, 1975.

The family suggests memorials to: St. Mary's Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 2949, Big Spring, Texas 79721-2949.
