She was born in Cavendish, Oct. 24, 1923, daughter of George and Hazel (Manley) Richardson.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Gipe and her husband, Jim, of North Clarendon, Pamela Rushton and her husband, Norman, of Brandon; a son, Joseph Miglorie and his partner, Jack Ward, of Boston; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Miglorie Sr., in 2008; a great-granddaughter, Ashley L. Ellis, in 2009; three sisters and a brother.
Barbara worked at the Monk's Cellar and, in later life, worked at Northwest School under the Foster Grandparent Program which she immensely enjoyed. She was known as "Grandma Bobby" to all her students. Barbara was fortunate to have many wonderful friends and a loving family.
She will be missed by all and forever in our hearts.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. A reception will follow in St. Anne's Hall.
Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery.
There are no calling hours.
