Graveside funeral services for Patsy Bradbury, 74, were held Monday, April 4, 2005, at Bosqueville Cemetery, the Rev. Van Vowell and the Rev Paul Smith officiating. Bradbury died Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at her residence. She was born April 21, 1930, to William and Matilda (Hixson) Reece. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Henry Bradbury. The couple was married almost 45 years. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known as “Memommie” by her grandchildren. She is remembered as a loving and caring friend to all who knew her. She Bradbury loved to work in her yard. Bradbury is survived by her husband, Bill Snodgrass; daughters Betty and husband Derril Wenzel of Las Vegas, Nev., and Donna and husband Mark Vinson of Waco; son Joe and wife Kim Bradbury of Waco; grandchildren Jenifer and husband Victor Picciurro, Christopher Wenzel, Christie and husband Eric Smith, Stephanie Bradbury, Trey Voss, and Vanessa Vinson; great-grandchildren Alex Wenzel, Madelyn Smith, and William Henry Smith; and sisters Lizzie Owen and Katherine Tavares of Waco. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 1201, Dallas, TX 75231. Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey was in charge of arrangements.
