Paul H. Fernsler, 86, Palmyra, died Saturday, April 2, 2005, in Lebanon's Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Arlene Bachman Fernsler. Born Nov. 8, 1918, in Derry Township, he was a son of the late George H. and Bertha M. Hackman Fernsler. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a retired tool and die maker for TRW, Harrisburg, where he worked for 30 years. He was a member of Campbelltown United Methodist Church, and served as church treasurer for many years. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons Dean, husband of Barbara Fernsler, and Larry L. Fernsler, both of Palmyra; sisters Dorothy Bordlemay of Cleona and Gladys Sonnon of Annville; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother Edgar Fernsler.
