Mr. Adams was a native of Rankin County. He formerly lived in Crystal Springs. He had lived in Brandon for 20 years.
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, two sisters, and sons, Henry and Neal.
He is survived by wife, Dorothy Adams; sons, James Thomas (Jimmy) Greer of Crystal Springs, Wayne Greer of Hazlehurst, Sandy Greer of Crystal Springs, David Greer of Galveston, TX, and Glynn Greer of Crystal Springs; daughter, Martha Adams of Brandon; brother, Charles Adams of Tupelo; 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
