Nellie Jack Burns Walker "Nell", beloved wife of Charles R. Walker, Jr. "Chuck" and beloved mother of John S., Brad, and Candy Walker, passed on peacefully at her home in Loveland on March 22, 2013. Nell was born in Carbon, TX, living in that area until attending Ranger Jr. College and then moving to Fort Worth, TX. She met Chuck there. Nell and Chuck lived in several places: San Diego area, CA, Hingham, Mass, and Mobile, AL, and finally Loveland, CO. They were a fun loving and adventurous couple and had many different experiences. Nell was known for her smile and that twinkle in her eye. She was preceded in death by Chuck, her parents, Perry O. and Maude Medford Burns from Okra, TX, and her three sisters, Jeff, Bobbie, and Jo. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 27th at the First Congregational Church in Loveland. Graveside Services to be held 2 pm Thursday, March 28th at the Gunnison Cemetery in Gunnison, CO. 80525.
