Jeffalee Dale Kitchens
CISCO - Jeffalee Dale Kitchens, 82, died Wednesday in a local nursing home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 30, at the Chambers-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Cisco. Burial will be in the Elm Cemetery near Rising Star.
Mrs. Kitchens was born in Okra and graduated from Rising Star High School. She attended CJC and Tarleton State. She graduated from Howard Payne. She married Alvin Kitchens on Oct. 4, 1940 in Levelland. She moved to Cisco in 1961. She taught first grade at Cisco until her retirement after 31 years. She was a member of the I-20 Church of Christ and TSTA.
Survivors include her husband of Cisco; one son, Royce Kitchens of Brooksmith; one daughter, Carolyn Hull of Cisco; three sisters, Bobbie Sue Wheeler of Fort Worth, Nell Walker of Loveland, Colo., and Joan Smith of Mobile, Ala.; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
