Bessie Lavon (Hineline) Sederberg, formerly of Chesterton, passed away September 24, 2000, in Florida.
Mrs. Sederberg was born in Porter County to Addis and Ida (Weaver) Hineline. She is survived by one son, Roger (Nancy) Sederberg of Valparaiso, IN and Maryville, TN; son-in-law, Robert Burkhart of Hobart; four grandchildren: Diane (Chuck) Clark, Terry (Janet) Burkhart, Rochelle (Mike) Butler and Erik Sederberg; three great-grandchildren, Stacy (Mike) Newlin, Jeff Peek, Brett Butler and one great-great-grandson, Tyler Newlin. She was preceded in death by husband, Harry R. Sederberg, one daughter, Karen M. Burkhart, five sisters and four brothers.
The family will receive friends at Bartholomew Funeral Home on Saturday, October 21, 2000 from 10 to 11 a.m. Memorial service at 11 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Ross Mack.
Private entombment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Morgan Township School, Scholarship Fund, 299 S. State Road 49, Valparaiso, IN 46383 or to Maryville College, 502 E. Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville, TN 37804.

Bessie's husband, Harry Roger Sederberg died 12/2/1982 at age 77. They lived on Tratebas Road in Liberty Twp, formerly called Hineline Road.
Bessie was married to Russell Friday first. They had a son Richard Friday. They were divorced and Richard stayed with his father. Edith Friday welcomed Richard Friday. Bessie had no more with Richard Friday.
