Wanda E. Oliver, 81, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at her home in Phoenix.

She was born March 20, 1932 in Janesville, Iowa, daughter of John and Jennie (Bruggman) Neuenkirk. She married Albert F. Oliver on July 30, 1950 in Oak Creek, Colorado. He died May 27, 1980.

She was employed in telemarketing sales.

Survived by: one daughter, Judy (Fred) Carrillo of Yorba Linda, CA; two sons, Richard (Donna) Steffen of Des Moines, and Don (Tammy) Oliver of Mesa, AZ; two stepsons, James Oliver of Massachusetts and William Oliver of Florida; seven grandchildren: Corey Steffen, Jennifer Lovejoy, Wendy Garewal, Jeremy Lovejoy, Emily York, Angie Legge, and Andrea Oliver; fifteen great-grandchildren: Chyann, Crystal, Michael, Victoria, Ashley, Ryan, Nicole, Samuel, Henry, Mason, Drew, Sydnee, Madden, Eden and Alan; one sister, Minerva Blum of Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.

Preceded in death by three sisters: Laura Brinkman, Irene Pitman, and Velma Bjornberg; three brothers: Wilbert, Ralph and Alfred Neuenkirk; one grandson, Robert Steffen; and a step daughter, Mary Tobin.

Services: 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Richardson Funeral Service with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and also for one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
