Services are scheduled for 10 am Wednesday at Green Hill Mausoleum Chapel, [Sapulpa, Oklahoma] with the Rev. Don Barefoot officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, [Sapulpa].
Mr. Storts was born July 4, 1915 in Montpelier, Ind., and had lived in Kellyville since 1957.
He retired as a manager for Safeway, and from Frankhoma Pottery. He served on the Kellyville City Council for 18 years, was a member of the Kellyville Water Board, Kellyville Methodist Church, the Elks Lodge, Kellyville Masonic Lodge, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was also a World War II Army veteran, and a past Worshipful Master of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include wife, Thelma; mother, Pearl Storts of Oilton, [Oklahoma]; sons, Bruce of Guthrie, Okla. and Robert of Tulsa, [Oklahoma]; and two grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
