Dee was the daughter of Roland "Doc" and Doris (Barker) Watkins. She graduated from Southwest High School in Kansas City in 1967. She married Jimmie Ray Robinson in 1968 in Miami, Oklahoma but later divorced. She married Leonard Barber in July 1991. She married Daniel C. Zoller on September 29, 2001, in Ottawa.
She is survived by her husband, her father, her children, Judy Warner and John Robinson, her stepchildren, Leonard Barber Jr., Tommy Barber, Larry Barber, Denise Geist, and Rose Cook, her brothers, Larry Watkins and Allen Watkins, and two grandchildren.
