Mrs. Doris Watkins, 64, of Kansas City, wife of Dr. Roland M. Watkins, a chiropractor, died Friday (November 1, 1985) at the home.

Mrs. Watkins had been a receptionist at her husband’s chiropractic clinic in Kansas City for 28 years. She was past president of the Relief Society and the Primary Association of the Kansas City stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a member of the American Legion auxiliary, the Singing Mothers and the Optimist International auxiliary.

She was born in Ogden, Utah, and had lived in this area since 1927.

She leaves her husband, Dr. Watkins of the home; two sons, Larry W. and Allan J.; a daughter, Mrs. Diana D. Robinson; a brother, E. Wiley Barker; and 14 grandchildren.

Services were at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday (November 5, 1985) at the Floral Hills Chapel; burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City.
