Burial services for Mrs. Thurston Brian, of Hebron, Illinois, were held at East cemetery, at Waverly, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. Francis E. Smith, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiating.
Deceased was a daughter of William A. and Nellie Mitchell Taylor, and she was born near Waverly on June 11, 1890. On September 10, 1908, she was married to Thurston Brian of this city. To this union nine children were born, one daughter, Dorothy preceding her in death. For the past few years Mr. and Mrs. Brian and family resided at Hebron, and prior to that for many years had lived at Huntley, Illinois.
Surviving are her husband and the following children: Ilene, of Ohio, Ill.; William, Paul, Nelson, Frieda and Lois Fabri, of Hebron; Nancy Hartman, of Woodstock, and Agnes Frohling, of Hampshire. Also surviving are her father, of Jacksonville, five sisters, one brother and four grandchildren.
