Three men were given prison sentences in circuit court today by Judge J. B. Wilson.
...Albert Fedder, who was charged with taking chickens from Mrs. Thomas Alexander east Fourth street and who, was arrested with the fowls in his possession in the Indianapolis railroad years, pleaded guilty to petit larcey [sic] and was sentenced to the Michigan City prison for the indeterminate period of one to ten years but was afterwards paroled. He is 52 years old.
