She was the daughter of Adam and Mary Null.
Step Father's name was David. I'm still searching for the man Mary married after her husband Adam died.

Last Saturday night Carrie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Null, Mount Joy township, passed peacefully from this world. Thus far we have been unable to learn the real cause of her untimely death, and current reports differ widely in regard to the cause. One report alleges pneumonia was the cause, while another says she became injured internally by being pushed over a log while playing. The funeral services were held at Mt. Joy on Tuesday, Rev. W. G.Minnick officiating. Deceased was aged about thirteen years. The entire community is in sympathy with the sorrowing parents in this their sad bereavement.

The real cause of the death of Carrie Null was internal injuries received by being pushed over a log while playing at school. She made no complaint to her parents or any one else for several days, and when medical aid was called her case was beyond their reach. Her absence will be keenly felt both in the public and Sunday schools, as well as at the home fireside.
