Mrs. J. E. Stowe has been selected president of Richmond Terrace Garden Club, it has been announced.

The election took place at a meeting Friday, held at the home of Mrs. L. C. Griffin at 3431 Jefferson avenue.

Elected with her were Mrs. E. J. Heinkel, first vice president, Mrs. B. E. Lenoir, second vice president; Mrs. T. O. Wright, third vice president, Mrs. C. E. Schillinger, fourth vice president; Mrs. J. L. White, secretary; Mrs. M. V. Holik, treasurer; Mrs. L. C. Griffin, custodian; Mrs. E. H. Starr, parlimentarian,(sic) and Mrs. M. E. Weaver, historian.

Installation will be at a luncheon May 26 at the Skychef, Mrs. E. J. Heinkel will be in charge of arrangements.

Members of the club discussed plans for the Flower Show being held by all garden clubs April 29-30.

In 1953 Anna was a delegate to the National Firemen's convention in Boston.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Harding-Orr and McDaniel Montana Ave.Chapel. Rev. Keith D. Pierce officiating. Interment will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Park.
