Steinman, Magdalena, daughter of Christian and Catherine (Roth) Brenneman, was born in Perth County, Ont., Dec. 24, 1889; died at Don Ro Nursing Home, Tavistock, Ont., Aug. 18, 1976; aged 86 y. On Nov. 27, 1913, she was married to Joseph Steinman, who preceded her in death on Apr. 14, 1969. She is survived by 2 daughters (Florence - Mrs. Rueben Kennel, and Adeline), 3 grandsons, one great-grandson, and one sister, Mrs. Jacob Steinman. She was a member of Hillcrest Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Aug. 21, 1976, in charge of Henry Yantzi and Mahlon Bender; interment in East Zorra Church Cemetery.
