Woman Dies in Hospital
Mullens – Mrs. Rose Clyburn, 71, of 610 Guyandotte Ave. in Mullens, died at 9:30 P.M. Monday May 12th, in a Mullens hospital after a long illness.
Born, March 9, 1904, at Red Sulphur Springs, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.Wilson Ballard.
Survivors include her husband, Roscoe Clyburn; five sons, Bob Belcher of Sophia, Bill Clyburn of Dayton, Ohio, John Douglas and Joe Clyburn all of Columbus: two daughters, Mrs. Mary Helen Blevins of Mullens and Mrs. Thelma Cisco of Columbus, and a sister, Mrs. Ada Broyles of Stanford: 20 grandchildren and a great grand-child.
The body is at Sam Foglesong, Nease and Neely Funeral Home in Mullens.
