Emma Lean Anderson Davis, 92 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, fondly known as "Aunt Pete", by her nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013, at North Oaks Medical Center.
She was born on Friday, March 4, 1921, in Springfield, La., daughter of the late Milton Anderson and the late May Anderson.
Surviving are son, Anderson "Andy" Berthelot, daughters, Cheryl Strickland and husband Wayne and Anne Mack and husband Sherman, grandchildren, Milton Berthelot and wife Sandy, Monica Michael and husband Ron, Stephen Strickland, Sherman Q. Mack and wife Angie, Shane Mack and wife Bridgett, Shad Mack and wife Adriane and seven great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Milton and May Anderson, sisters, Rosa Lee Burns, Myrtle Kimball and Alice Menzer, infant brother, Milton Anderson, brothers, Albert Anderson, Joe Anderson and Eddie Anderson.
Friends will be received Tuesday, March 19, 2013 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula.
