All that four story brick swelling house and store, with piazza and two story back building erected upon all that certain lot or piece of ground, situated upon the north side of HIgh street, at the distance of 18 1/4 feet eastward from the east side of Schuylkill Sixth street, in the City of Philadelphia; containing in length or breadth on the said High street 20 feet, and in length or depth 180 feet, to a 20 feet wide alley called Jones' alley: bounded eastward by other ground of Levi Ellmaker, northward by the premises which Levi Ellmaker and Hannah his wife, by indenture dated the 22d of May, A. D. 1832, granted and conveyed unto William Black and William Brown....
