NOTICE TO CREDITORS. — In pursuance of an order of George Hastings, County Judge of the County of Livingston, and of the Statute in such ease made and provided, all persons having claims against the Estate of William Markham, late of the Town of Livonia, in said county, deceased, are required to exhibit the same, with the vouchers in support thereof, to the undersigned Administrators of the Estate of said deceased, at the residence of Washington Markham, in the Town of Livonia, in said County, on or before the 5th day of August 1861. Feb. 29th — Washington Markham, eighty-nine years of age, a life long resident of Lakeville, died Sunday. The remains were brought to the home of his nephew, Myron Black, where the funeral was held Tuesday, at two o'clock.
