I believe this to be Cullen Conerly, an African American who married Fannie Martin(?).Cullen is said to be the son of Joseph and Ellen Conerly. Cullen would have been a brother of Purvis Conerly. Cullen and Purvis Conerly were Masons

Cullen And Fannie's childrens names were:
Sam(m Anna Brumfield 9/1/1909),
Joe,
Josh,
Bill(m Vivian Gatlin),
Florance,
Laura(middle name Cullen),
Beatrice (m Enoch Thompson 11/28/1919),
Carrie(Caroline, m Joe Nixon on7/26/1925)

His marker is nearest to the old FC&G railbed. I'm in the process of verifying this information
