Clara M. "Peggy" Anliker, 97, was a daughter of Thurman J. and Florence Fisher Fulton.
She married Siept A. Anliker on Feb. 28, 1937 in Sibley, Illinois. He died on October 30, 1970.
She was also preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.
Surviving are two children, Lynn (Gail) Anliker and Judy (Ricki) Helm, four grandchildren, Pamela (John) Morris, Mark Anliker, Erica (Joshua) Hanson and Corey Helm, Little five great-grandchildren and a sister, Ruth Farney, Delavan.
Clara lived on farms near Sibley most of her life. She then moved to Villa Grove for 20 years before coming to Gibson City in 2007. She was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Sibley, attended church at the Villa Grove Methodist Church and was a proud
member of the Villa Grove Methodist Quilters.
